"Talking therapies farce"

I referred myself to Talking therapies due to issues I have.

After a long wait I had a call from unknown number while I was at work.

Then I got a message saying I have 4 days to respond or be discharged from talking therapies! I struggle a lot with the sense of time and remembering things. I tried ringing on the day 4 when I realised what had happened but there was nobody there.

I then was told that Talking Therapies consider me all fine and healed and I am being discharged. I tried referring myself back but of course there is 12 week minimum wait to do so.
