"This whole team really does make a difference"

About: Enhanced Care / Community Specialist Palliative Care Team

(as a relative),

The Palliative care team ( community) were exceptional in the care and support they provided to my late mother and the wider family circle. 

They treated us all with dignity and respect. 

Nurses Michelle and Claire carried out their work with dedication and compassion far beyond their role. 

Michelle and her team prepared us to face the most difficult time in our lives. 

This whole team really does make a difference.  Thank you.

I am very sorry to read about the death of your mother, may she Rest in Peace. I am sure this is a very hard time for you and all your family. Thank you, for taking the time in the midst of your grief to provide feedback in relation to the care provided by the Community Specialist Palliative Care Team. I will make sure to pass this on to the team and liaise directly with Michelle and Claire in relation to your kind words.

As a service, we want to be there for all our patients, families and loved ones, offering support and reassurance with dignity and respect. I am glad this is what was delivered and hope their support helped you at this very difficult time.
