"Grateful for all the amazing care we recieved"

I recently had my baby girl in Craigavon Hospital.

The care that I recieved from the moment I came into delivery suite in labour to the time I left the postnatal ward was amazing! My birth didn't quite go how I had planned but all the staff in delivery suite were very calm and professional and supported both me and my husband. Thank you everyone!

When we went to the postnatal ward everyone was very welcoming and congratulated us on the birth of our baby girl. All the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The ward was extremely busy while I was there but all the staff were very attentive and supportive.

I want to give a special thanks to Natasha who cared for me and my baby during the time we were on the postnatal ward. She was very supportive in my choice to breastfeed and although the ward was extremely busy she took the time to talk with us, helped us to latch baby to feed, talked through how to know if our baby is latched on well and feeding properly and answered the hundreds of questions we had as first time parents. She really made us feel at ease and encouraged us that we were doing a good job as new parents. It is great to see someone like this working in the nhs and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
