"It was a very positive experience"

I was admitted to the ward by Student Nurse Daniel.  He efficiently went over my pre assessment forms and he also did observations.  He was so nice and I was nervous but he was very supportive. He put me at my ease.  Last time I had an operation my heart went into Afib so I was apprehensive.  My surgeon was Mr Robertson who came to see me before the operation and talked me through what would happen.  He is a brilliant surgeon so kind and caring.  He also came after the operation and explained the procedure that was carried out.  The Day Care team of nurses were great looking after me after the operation.  It was a very positive experience and thank you to everyone involved in my care.
