"Friendly and approachable"

My husband was recently diagnosed with haemachromatosis. We were seen by Dr Clark. 

She was very friendly and approachable and put us at ease. She was also very open and explained that she was still in training, although she had already completed a few years in the specialities. First she asked if we wanted to ask any questions. Then, she explained his condition and the treatment that would be required.

Dr Clark had such a positive attitude and gave the impression of having plenty of time to discuss my husband’s condition - even though we knew that the clinic was busy and there had been quite a wait for this appointment.

We were very happy with the information provided and relieved about the diagnosis and implications explanation.
