I was referred by my GP due to short-term memory difficulties, and I found the experience extremely helpful. The nurse was absolutely fantastic—patient, understanding, and gave me plenty of time. Despite my memory challenges, I felt fully supported throughout. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that could be improved.
