Quite an intensive course, but so enjoyed. Always looked forward to our Wednesday session.
Benefitted from every session/ exercise. The 3 girls were all exceptional - caring and patient.
So much easier to exercise with a group then on ones own.
Very sad that next Wednesday is going to be our last session.
