About: Family Support Hubs / Family Support Hub - Hamilton

(as a service user),

I needed support with my oldest son, he was engaging in risky behaviours and not attending school.

I have attended several groups. I really enjoy the cooking group in particular and it has helped with my confidence and not isolating myself.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your response through Care Opinions.

Such thoughts are always very welcome and help me and my colleagues in our efforts to try and keep improving the range of services and groups offered.

It was so lovely to read how attending the groups helped with your feelings around isolation, and went some way in helping you build on your confidence as you and your family face the challenges you described around the behaviours and school issues being experienced by you and your eldest son.

I hope that your involvement with the people from the Family Support Hubs continues to help you in building on your existing strengths; thank you again for taking the time to share your views and my best wishes for you and your family.
