"Welcoming and professional"

I had my flu vaccination today at the Pitteuchar Clinic today.

The receptionist was very welcoming and very professional, with a warm friendly greeting.

I was then vaccinated by Shona - she was excellent in every way , caring , kind , professional and above all an excellent vaccinator - did not feel a thing.

Thank you Shona  - for managing  such a friendly and welcoming clinic - really does make all the difference to people attending
