"Appreciative of ongoing support"

I wanted to submit a compliment to the county crisis team in Nottingham. Since I have been feeling very unwell mentally they have been supporting me and coming to see me. I have felt supported by the team. They have helped me with medication and support from visits. I have also been able to ring them for support when needed.

I particularly wanted to send a compliment to Nicola the support worker who came to see me recently. She was so kind and friendly and supportive of me, I felt heard and seen by her. She spent time making sure she understood any concerns I had and what I wanted or needed to happen. I really felt better after talking to her in our visit and feel more confident that my care going forward will meet my needs as she will pass on what we spoke about with the team etc.

I know people are often quick to complain and I wanted to ensure that the county crisis team know how much I have appreciated their support and how valuable it is for me. I appreciate every visit I have had and I am glad for their service that has been supporting me as I don’t know where I’d have ended up without them. So a big thank you to them.
