I recently had my gallbladder removed at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin, and I cannot praise the staff highly enough. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team treated me with exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism.

The nurses, doctors, and support staff were reassuring, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported at every stage.

Their dedication and kindness truly made a daunting experience so much easier. I’m deeply grateful for the outstanding treatment I received and couldn’t have asked for a better team looking after me.
