"They are always very helpful"

I had a telephone review with Dr Devlin from the Immunology Department of the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.

I would like to thank her for the time she took to answer my questions and concerns. I know that Immunology is a very busy department so I appreciated the time taken with me. I felt listened to and found the information given to be very useful.

I felt that Dr Devlin understood the challenges of my health condition and found her advice reassuring. I was impressed that I have already received a summary of the appointment in my online portal. The details are very easy for a service user to understand.

I would also like to thank the  office staff/ medical secretaries, nurses and other medical staff for their help throughout the year. They are always very helpful when I have a query. I appreciate that arrangements are made for me to have a telephone appointment.
