Attended treatment room at St Andrews to have staples removed from my shoulder after surgery at National Treatment Centre.
The nurse, Sandra put me at ease right away and removed 20 staples in no time. She is to be commended for manner and skill in what she did as I never felt a thing.
A credit to nurses and the Health Board for having this facility in St Andrews.
