"My birth story"

I was offered care from the Mater COMC team with my 2nd daughter when I was around 14 weeks pregnant. From the first text, right through to being signed off with them when my daughter made birth weight, I felt nothing but genuine care and compassion from all the girls. 

My midwife Ellen is one of a kind. She went over and beyond what she needed to do, from being so catering and making sure my other daughter was completely involved in the process. I had complete trust in her. I was lucky enough that she was also at my birth and I can confidently said that her positivity and gentle nature is what made me have such a lovely water birth. Again, during the birth she went above and beyond. My after care with the rest of the team was amazing aswell and they always made every visit a warm one. 

Thank you girls, if I ever have another baby I would 100% want you girls there during the pregnancy and birth.
