"Made me smile"

I was looked after by Sam who was nothing short of amazing. He was kind, compassionate and incredibly supportive during an upsetting day. He made sure I fully understood everything and gave me time to ask any questions. He checked in on me regularly and never made me feel like a bother. I can’t thank him enough for all of his help and he is a credit to the department. I can’t not thank everyone else who looked after me including the HCSW’s, student nurses and housekeeping staff who were so kind and helpful and made me smile.
