"What a lovely bunch of ladies"

I was extremely nervous for my appointment. 

I met Emma in Boston women’s ward, she was so helpful, so kind and gentle and was able to answer all the questions I had. 

We then went into the room where Tracy and Clare were to help with the appointment. 

I can honestly say I felt so at ease and comfortable. They made my appointment stress free and all explained and helped throughout the appointment.
