I was referred by my GP for a memory assessment and found the experience very positive overall. I took a friend with me to help answer questions, which made the process more comfortable. The environment was relaxed, and although I didn’t know what to expect, I found it engaging and worthwhile. My score out of 100 gave me a real confidence boost, and it was reassuring to see that the assessment was not as daunting as often portrayed on television. I felt like I was included in the process and had a greater choice in decisions moving forward.
