"The staff have been so good to me"

About: Cloughreagh House

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came to Cloughreagh House recently and I was delighted to return as I was also here last year.

The staff have been so good to me and I have improved so much in my time here. This is a hard time for me as I experienced the loss of my husband at this time of the year and I was so glad of the support I have got from Cloughreagh House. 

Everything has been good, the staff were very kind, the food was lovely and I have just had my hair done by the visiting hairdresser. That really gave me a boost. 

Thank you to everyone involved with my care in Cloughreagh House. I tell everybody how good you all are.

Thank you for your feedback, I am delighted to hear that you had another good experience in Cloughreagh House. It is so good to hear that you have had positive outcome and are able to return to your own home with confidence.

Again we are all truly sorry for your loss and our thoughts will be with you over the Christmas period.
