"She brightened my morning"

About: Adult Health & Support Services / Lymphoedema Clinic/Service

(as the patient),

I attended the Hamilton Central Clinic for a routine Lymphoedema appointment with Audrey.

I've experienced an allergic reaction to the rubber grip on my current comprehension sleeve and Audrey was so supportive and has proposed an alternative sleeve that will hopefully prevent further discomfort.

Audrey was kind, patient and informative and she brightened my morning.

Good afternoon Susiesea,

Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your appointment at the Central Clinic with the Lymphoedema service.

I'm sorry to hear that you've taken a reaction to your compression sleeve. I'm pleased to hear that Audrey was able to support you through this and arrange for an alternative to prevent any further discomfort. Audrey is such a wonderful nurse with so much experience and we are so lucky to have her as part of the Lymphoedema team.

I look forward to sharing your kind words with her, I'm sure she will be delighted to hear she made a positive impact on your appointment.

If you require anything further or have any other issues with your compression sleeve please do not hesitate to get in touch with the clinic.

Best wishes,

Lynn
