"Very informative and well structured"

In this appointment I was fitted for crutches and attended a presentation by ward staff with a short session from a physiotherapist. This was in preparation for my upcoming hip replacement surgery. The presentation was excellent in terms of scope, content and delivery: very informative and well structured, covering the whole timeline of the hospital stay and beyond. It has helped in me by providing clarity regarding my expectations and my role during the stay and afterwards in ensuring the best recovery. I am very grateful this program was available to me and much more prepared. Thank you!
