The staff at PAU went above and beyond. We were admitted through GP, and from the moment my poorly son and I arrived, we were seen very quickly and treated with such care. Emma, the nurse (clinical lead), was incredibly calm and accommodating. She never rushed us, even when my son was unsettled.
The doctor, Hyan, and the consultant who saw us were equally patient and attentive (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). They were thorough and even went out of their way to organise my son’s medication.
From start to finish, our experience was amazing. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication — it truly made a difference.
