"Supported through a tough time"

I have struggled with addiction for many years, my older 3 children were removed from my care and placed with my parents, who for a period of time I had no contact with. I was referred to IFSS 2 years ago and allocated to Frankie. She supported us through my pregnancy with my youngest child and he has been able to remain in my care. Since then I have had further services involvement, as I suffered the loss of a baby, and was abused, I had a relapse and didn't know where to turn. I was then re-referred to IFSS and was once again allocated to Frankie, she has helped with getting me and my son to safety, I am no longer in an unhealthy relationship, Frankie has referred me for bereavement counselling and support, she has listened, she has referred me for an ADHD assessment and helped with multiple other things.
