Just a quick note to say I had to attend the A&E department at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy in the early hours of the morning, and despite a long wait Nurse Louise at Triage was excellent. She dealt with me with compassion and care, huge thanks. My GP on the other hand was less than helpful the next day.
