About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as a service user),

I was looked after mostly by Linda. She was so kind and attentive. She spoke very softly and helped me be at ease. Just what I needed as my anxiety was high. She was very discreet and protected my dignity throughout the morning. I am thankful for this. 

Everyone staff member that dealt with me was really lovely. Lovely smiles, very caring and professional. 

I had a good experience- thank you.
