"I was put at ease from the moment I went into the ward"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was going for a breast op so I was feeling nervous and apprehensive.

I was put at ease from the moment I went into the ward the nurses where so attentive and caring nothing was a bother to them.

The medical staff were fantastic a big shout out for my consultant Dr Magill.
