"Great service"

I had a fall while holding my 10 month old and felt she needed to be checked out due to possible head injury. The staff at Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital Emergency Department were very kind and helpful. Little things like staff helping me with my buggy and getting toys to entertain my wee one made all the difference. We were in and out of the department in less than 3 hours reassured that my baby was fine.

Thank you especially to Chloe who triaged us and Nicola the nurse practitioner who put my mind at ease. This time of year is no doubt relentless for all hospital staff particularly in the emergency department but we were treated with care and respect throughout. Thank you!
