About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

Went to the clinic recently. Was welcomed so warmly by all staff. Absolute treat to have gone to a place like this. I felt so welcome and at ease and really felt like the professionals listened and understood me! GP surgery’s should take note because the service was unreal.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
