"Mental health impact and disabilities after emergency surgery"

About: Talking Therapies Doncaster

(as a service user),

Excellent lady Trish she was thoughtful in her approach

Trish was patient and not patronising

I was overwhelmed and confused due to my current impacted mental health I was crying but Trish was very understanding and listened, I was so relieved to have someone listen.

It is difficult to talk to a stranger but Trish felt ok for me to talk to

I need a person to take into account my personal experiences and the impact of my daily disabilities that I find challenging

I can’t say thankyou enough

Honestly a true intervention

Hi Giraffetz53

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the care you received.

I work as a Team Manager within RDASH. It is fantastic to hear that you benefitted from the service and found that the staff member listened, was patient and understanding.

It is great to hear that you found the staff member took into account your personal experiences and the impact of your daily disabilities.

I would like to thank you again for providing your feedback. I would like to wish you all the best in the future/

Kinds Regards

Tim Godley
