"Nothing but praise"

I noticed my daughters squint when she was 1 years old and she has been seen every 6 months at the ophthalmology department at St John’s Hospital since. In January 2025 she was operated on by Dr MacRae and it was a massive success. She was officially discharged today with perfect vision and her eye is now straight. As a family we have nothing but praise for this department. Every single member of staff who seen her over the years were amazing with her and made her feel at ease. We cannot thank Dr MacRae enough for the amazing work she done on our daughter's eye in January. We are forever grateful and wish her all the best in her retirement. Thank you to all who looked after our girl over the past 5 years - what an amazing team!
