"Made me feel supported and reassured"

I was very apprehensive and nervous when allocated a new health visitor back in 2023 with my first born. Since meeting Alyson she has been very warm, welcoming, supportive and kind towards myself and my two little boys. Alyson is very approachable and empathetic and always ensures to help when she can. I had a very difficult time with my second born and Alyson made this time that bit easier with her endless support and guidance. I always looked forward to her visits of reassurance and knowledge in which always made me feel supported and reassured. Alyson’s compassion in helping others is very evident and for us never goes unnoticed.
