"Staff really are super"

Based on two visits months apart: Dingwall staff really are super.  

Professional, efficient,  approachable, so helpful,  courteous and jolly in nature.

All qualities that relaxed me in which is a worrying situation.

Walking out after my x-rays feeling like a valued person cannot be understated. 

So very grateful for the Ross hospital, to its staff and plain location which helps greatly to calm my nervous predisposition.
