My husband was brought to A and E by myself and sister in law after a phone call to ENT staff ward 9 on call...
On arrival my husband collapsed outside A and E...After the assistance of members of the public .ambulance crew and A and E staff..he was taken straight to resus.
He was treated with dignity and respect, and we were updated and allowed to stay with him at all times. The care was excellent from all staff especially in resus and ENT staff on admission..ICU staff were amazing...and ward 9 staff absolutely outstanding also..we cannot thank you all enough for your care and compassion you are all a credit to the NHS .
