"Being in hospital"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Medical Initial Assessment Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Short Stay Medicine Scottish Ambulance Service / Patient Transport Service

(as the patient),

I had to phone nhs 24 as couldnt hardly breathe  and coughing. Got assessed in peterhead hospital and shortly after had to get transfered to aberdeen hospital by ambulance. The ambulance crew were amazing and treated and looked after me  very well one of them was called dave and the other was a lady they were amazing. Wasnt too long waiting in ambulance before getting in. Got into ward 101 to get assessed. They wanted me to stay over night so i got moved up into ward 103. All the staff in this ward was so lovely and always made sure i was ok. Big massive thanks to Robert, Fraser , Joseph, hannah and especially Becca for being my nurse.

Dear filingqp44

Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us following your admission.

I hope you are continuing to improve since discharge

I will ensure this is passed onto the team and in particular the staff you have mentioned.

It will mean a lot to them

Thank You

Elaine
