Recently registered with Priory Fields Surgery after 2/3 years of mismanagement and had my first consultation with Dr. East. I wanted to share how impressed I was with the care I received. Dr. East, he was incredibly patient, empathetic, and actually took the time to listen to all my concerns without any rushing even explaining my treatment options clearly by showing me how to apply for private treatment on his PC.
After previously being ignored, deemed aggressive and troublesome (i was just in severe pain) it was so refreshing to be listened to and he even put a hand on my back to show he cared. It honestly turned my weekend around and helped my mental health immensely. The reception team was also very helpful and efficient. I finally feel like I'm not being judged and moving forward with treatment. DR East - Thank you
