About: Sexual and Reproductive Health / Family Planning Service

(as a service user),

Visited the Causeway family planning and the team were amazing from the get-go.

From the initial phonecall consultation to the visit itself, I felt informed and supported in such a positive way. Nicola and the team in the clinic are doing wonderful work there and I do not have words to really say how thankful I am for their kindness and support.

I hope they understand the positive difference they make.

Thank you for taking the time to post such lovely feedback regarding your experience when attending our service. Staff are always so delighted to hear they have made such a positive difference to our service users. As Lead Nurse it is fantastic to hear that service users feel well informed to make decisions, supported and are shown kindness from the entire team and I will pass on your kind words to Nichola and the team.
