Was admitted to 2 north Craigavon, I was looked after very well especially by one staff member, they were so good and listened to me, they had time for everybody. Then I was looked after by a rude staff member who was so cheeky and made me cry, made me feel so embarrassed.

However, I am very sorry to learn that part of your experience left you feeling upset and embarrassed. This is not the standard of care we aim to provide, and your comments are taken seriously.
