Visited Tewkesbury Minor Injuries Unit with my teenage son for a jaw/cheek injury he sustained whilst playing rugby.
From the moment we walked in dealt with professionally and with empathy. Every member of staff introduced themselves by name and took time to understand his symptoms.
Equipment used was visibly cleaned down after use, something you tend not to see in other hospitals.
