"The care team was exceptional"

A very caring experience. I can't tolerate a normal endoscopy so asked for the trans nasal option. The team explained the differences but I knew I couldn't get a normal one. Before the procedure, the staff were very polite and conversational. This really helps put you at ease. The team in the room introduced themselves, which really helps connect with who will be carrying out the procedure. During the endoscopy, there was a particularly challenging moment. However, the care team was exceptional in coaching me through it and allowed me to get the procedure completed. A very positive experience, despite the challenging procedure for me to tolerate.
