"Grateful for the level of care my mom received"

I would like to say a Big Thank you, to all staff on Ward 5 of the Alexandra Hospital, in Redditch.

Mom was admitted on the in October with a terminal lung complaint, she spent 3 months on the ward, and I cant thank the staff enough for the way they cared for her. They treated her as if she was their own mom and 4 of the nurses even came to her funeral. Nothing was ever to much trouble to them, and whenever we visited we were always welcomed with a smile and a chat.

I have nothing negative to say about this hospital ( apart from the food), mom has been on several wards over the past 7 years and every time she was admitted she was treated with dignity and respect.

Please pass our gratitude to all at the hospital.
