Arrived for my appointment greeted with such lovely receptionist, all so polite and helpful. Had a phone call with same lady i was seeing in my first appointment and she was so friendly and kind, just what you expect. I was very nervous but she reassured me so much! I was getting the contraceptive injection and had the best experience. The lady explained perfectly how it works and how to do it along with her recommendation on where to do it all instructions were clear. Her attitude helped me a lot as a person to be able to do it so encouraging and positive. Had an amazing experience such lovely people!
