I want to send my heartfelt thanks and praise for the exceptional care I received from Dr Ryan, Nurse Lorna and Support Worker Margaret during my recent wisdom tooth extraction at University Hospital Crosshouse, MaxFax outpatient department.
From the moment I arrived they were welcoming and attentive. Dr Ryan explained the procedure clearly and patiently, answering my questions without making me feel foolish. Nurse Lorna’s calm manner and expert reassurance made a big difference, and Margaret’s care during the procedure was excellent. I hope Margaret’s hand is ok from me squeezing it!
Most importantly, the team never rushed me, they checked I was comfortable at every stage and gave clear aftercare instructions that put me at ease. Their professionalism, kindness and teamwork turned an anxious experience into one I could face confidently.
