"Made me feel really at ease during my assessment"

About: Children & Young People Physical Health / North Lincolnshire Health Visitors

(as a service user),

Alison and her colleague from PIEW made me feel really at ease during my assessment and honestly provided lots of reassurance that im doing all the right things as I am doing my best but it never feels good enough.

They offered me some support to get me out socialising and also some support for my mental health.

Thank you

Hi. My name is Sophie and I am a Team Leader in the North Lincolnshire 0-19 (25 SEND) Health & Wellbeing Service. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand that doing your best sometimes doesn't feel like enough, so it's great to hear that Alison made you feel at ease and provide you with the reassurance that you are doing all the right things. We will ensure this feedback is shared with Alison and the team. Thank you again.
