I had a course of Physiotherapy carried out at my home by NHS East Kilbride physiotherapist Laura.
The physio arrived exactly on time at the agreed dates.
She explained the exercises and objectives fully and clearly.
These exercise routines are already helping me to improve my fitness and mobility and will be very helpful in future.
