My experience during my sessions was great. I was always made to feel welcome and cared about. Never judged and always listened to.
The only thing I wish could have changed was the amount of sessions, it would have been amazing to have had sessions in between that were self discovery sessions such as painting etc.
All in all the SMS staff were absolutely amazing, caring and wonderful people.
