Today I attended the dental hospital for a tricky tooth extraction, I was greeted by friendly reception staff and then shown through to the room where I met Kirsty the dentist and Keith her assistant, they were both lovely and put me at ease as I was a bit nervous, taking me through exactly what was going to happen step by step, they made the whole experience really easy and I can honestly say after being quite worried beforehand that I never felt a thing!!
I want to thank them both for what was probably a routine experience for them but definitely not for me and taking the time to make me feel relaxed.
