My mother is visited by the RDaSH team every 6 months. This visit usually is to check on my mother's general health and whether her memory is getting any worse. The mental health nurses that visit are always very polite, friendly and, professional. They always put my mother at ease before asking her any questions. My mother isn't aware she has Dementia and thinks she is being treated for anxiety which works better for her and the family. The nurses respect this and don't mention her true condition. We've been advised on help we can get if needed but we can manage for the time being. They have also informed us on different organisations if we need them but again everything is okay at the moment. We are really happy with the service that RDaSH are giving us and they are there anytime for us should we need them. Great team, great service.
