"Thank you so much for everything"

My daughter ended up very out of control one evening and had to be assessed by the crisis team . This in turn has resulted in her finally receiving the proper care and treatment she needed through the crisis team and her GP. Fran has been particularly fantastic by keeping in constant touch with myself and my daughter throughout the days that followed and getting in touch with her Gp . I even noted she had done this on her day off too . Thankyou so much for everything, in our hours of need it has been really reassuring to know there are real people out there that care xxx
