"Phenomenal at helping me calm down"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I cannot thank the team enough for their patience and kindness shown during my procedure.

I was very very anxious during the wait and whilst in the endoscopy room, however, the nurses (Shannon, Phillip, Erin and the student nurse Ella) were phenomenal at helping me calm down.

The patience shown by every clinician just shows how they strive towards understanding and promoting positive relationships with their patients.

I cannot thank the team enough!
