During the later stages of pregnancy I massively struggled with my mental health. Laura went above and beyond for me while providing extra care and support and constantly checking in with me to see how I was getting coping. She gave me the safe space to express how I was feeling and supported me through what was a rough pregnancy.
Liasing with the community mental health team to ensure I was supported in every way possible both antenatal and postnatal. I couldn’t have got through the later stages of a difficult pregnancy without her. She is a an amazing midwife and big asset to the midwifery team at NHS Borders.
