"Thank you for taking such good care of me"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Warm welcome at A&E by reception. Triage happened within 20 mins. Nurse fully understood my situation and concerns. Then shown into treatment bay. Bit of a wait there, but I'm sure there were other people in more need than me, which I would appreciate if it was me. Very friendly staff offering sandwiches and tea. Didn't feel like a hospital. Consultant explained everything very clearly with all the options available and a suggested course of action which seems appropriate for me.

So all in all, not a bad experience when being in pain. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
